Taru Jabba Railway Station

Taru Jabba railway Station is located in Nowshera district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. This railway station was built around 1891 during the British rule. This railway station is located on the Karachi – Peshawar railway line. The altitude of Taru Jabba Railway Station is about 300 meters above sea level. Taru Jabba Railway Station is located between Pabi Railway Station and Nasirpur Railway Station. Taro Jabba village is located at a distance of about 11 km from Peshawar. This village is very famous for Chapli Kabab. Rambil Khan Chapli Kabab is very famous all over the country. Peshawar is located about 160 km west of Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. The district headquarters is Peshawar, which is also the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Taru jabba Railway Station is a small railway station. The Taro Jabba Railway Station building is constructed of stone bricks and is painted white inside and out. This railway station building has few rooms including station master office, ticket house, waiting rooms etc. Taru Jabba is written in black ink on the front of this railway station building in Urdu and English.

At the front center of this railway station building, a cement board has been built above the roof, on which the Kalma Tayyaba is beautifully written. This railway station also has a weighing fork which is used to weigh the luggage of passengers and this fork is made of British era. A bell is installed at this railway station which is rung before the arrival of a train.

In this railway station building, there is a red stand on which are hung red buckets filled with sand and water, which are used to extinguish the fire. Flowering plants and vines have been planted on the right and left of the building at this railway station. This railway station also has flower beds built around the plants which are painted white and green grass is also planted in them which adds to the beauty of this station. There is a lot of trees around this railway station, many of which are sapwood trees and a few banyan trees too. A special arrangement of water has been made at this railway station and a plastic tank has also been installed. There is only one platform at this railway station and there are two lines passing through it, one of which is the main line and the other is the loop line. . There is a lot of population around this railway station. Many trains pass through Taru jabba railway station but no trains stop here.
