Hassan Abdal Railway Station: A Victorian Style Railway Station of Attock

Hassan Abdal railway station is one of the most eye-catchy Victorian-style railway stations which is located in beautiful Hassan Abdal town of the district Attock, Punjab Pakistan. The railway station is not only known for its mesmerizing beauty, however, for its significant location. Hassan Abdal railway station was established in 1839 during the British era in the sub-continent. Recently, Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Imran Khan inaugurated the up-gradation of this railway station under the ML-1 project (Main Line-1) on 6th November, 2020. The project holds a plan of up-gradation of all railway stations across the Pakistan with the latest technologies. The project is broadly part of China Pakistan Economic Corridor plan (CPEC) to build a new economic development hub.
